What Is Integrative Mental Health Treatment?

Integrative mental health treatment is a holistic patient centered approach to care. It combines traditional psychiatric treatment, including evaluation, diagnosis, and medication when appropriate, and combines supportive approaches like nutrition, sleep, mind body practices, stress reduction, and other wellness strategies. By treating the whole person (mind, body, spirit), treatment can be more personalized, balanced, and focused on helping you feel better in a lasting way.

About Me

Hi I'm Gail, a double board certified nurse practitioner, AGACNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

My path into mental health care is deeply personal. Having witnessed mental health struggles within my own family, I understand how much these challenges can affect every part of life. My experience as a nurse practitioner further showed me how many people are quietly struggling and how deeply they need care that feels personal, thoughtful, and supportive.

That is why I chose to create a more focused, person-centered approach to mental health treatment. I believe people deserve to feel heard, understood, and cared for as individuals, not rushed through a process. I want my patients to know they are not alone, that their struggles are real, and that help is available.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you are experiencing and supported in finding a path forward. Seeking help can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone.
